What’s New in the 2023 Mazda3 Hatchback? 

This year’s Mazda3 Hatchback is the latest Mazda vehicle to receive the brand’s new design language. The most noticeable change is the front end, which features a larger grille and slimmer headlights. The rear end gets a sportier look thanks to a spoiler and dual exhaust outlets. Under the hood, the 2023 Mazda3 Hatchback is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. This powertrain is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, and front-wheel drive is standard. All models come equipped with G-Vectoring Control Plus (GVC Plus), which helps improve handling and stability.
